Staging your home

Staging a home for sale is an art form and is a proven marketing tool that often results in fewer days spent on the market and a higher closing price. In fact, Home Staging Resource reports that professional staged homes garner a sales price 17 percent higher than an un-staged home.

I have never listed a home without providing luxury staging as one of my services, and that has been a conscious decision. Buyers respond emotionally when buying a home – unless working with an investor, purchasing a home is 100% an affair of the heart. It’s also incredibly hard for many buyers to envisage how a home will live unless it is furnished and accessorized in the right way. Selling a home involves selling a vision of what it will look and feel like when it’s lived in, when it’s truly presented at its best. It also means selling the lifestyle associated with a property – and every home tells its own, very unique story.

It's my job as a real estate professional to bring this story to life – and I do that through impeccable staging. This can simply mean consulting with my clients on what to remove, change or add. Often it’s about adding warmth, texture or subtle color and creating beautiful flower arrangements that bring spaces to life. Whether the staging involves a whole house creative design, or just some tweaks here and there, I will take care of it. I work exclusively with the most talented local stagers in the industry and ensure that every single detail is taken care of for you.
